The app has been around for a couple of years now, and the Password Safe users seem to be pretty happy with it. Support for AES, ARGON2D, TwoFish, Salsa20 and ChaCha20 are in place, and should work fine. In terms of KeePass version support, this includes version 1 and 2 (KDB and KDBX (both 3.1 and 4)), though if you have a custom plugin for Key Derivation or some other non standard setup it might struggle.
